How long do your customers wait?

TweetClock measures your Social Media Average Response Time (SMART) on Twitter.

That's the length of time it takes you to respond to mentions, @messages, and related topic-area tweets.

Who are you guys, and what is this thing?

TweetClock is a collaboration between GraphEdge and Amory Group.

This is the first in a suite of new Integrated Consumer Engagement tools we're developing to help companies improve the speed and quality of their real-time engagements across the social web.

In TweetClock "Light" we measure the time-delay of your responses to tweets, both direct (mentions) and indirect (the tweets to which you responded that weren't mentions).

We don't post anything to your Twitter account.

We store the results of this operation in order to determine system-wide, aggregate averages. We don't share your results.
